Shipping

In the UK we will dispatch using either Evri/Royal Mail/Express courier.

As we have moved many of our newer designs to a print upon order process, your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive. So please bear with us as your item(s) should aim to arrive in 3-10 days after you have placed your order.

However we have no control over the mail network so please allow additional days dependent on the time of year.

Internationally we use a range of couriers and are dependent on your local mail network. However the average is 5-14 days. However please allows up to 21 days.

 Duties & Taxes (International Shipments)

Please note that due to the trading arrangements post Brexit, all items will be liable for local country duties and taxes. Whilst we try to offset this additional cost through product and shipping discounts, please factor this in to your purchasing decision. Unfortunately this is nothing we have control over.

ARTMARTIAL Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you are entitled to return for an exchange or full refund. The returns period is 14 days from the order date (UK only)

International returns must be returned at your cost.

XMAS EXTENDED RETURNS - We appreciate many orders will be for Xmas gifts, so if you do need to return/exchange your order then simply notify us by email/message within 7 days of Xmas Day so that we can start the process.

All items must be returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold refund, credit or exchange for any item deemed unfit for resale.

If you return part of an order that subsequently qualified you for free shipping, then the shipping cost for the original item will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds with be processed as quickly as possible however please allow 14 days.

Clubwear Returns

As we print club garments to order we cannot accept any returns. All returns must be returned and discussed with your club representative who in return will be liable for any costs associated with printing replacement garments.
